Dam Zero is the Delta Force: Hawk Ops map that prints money — if you know where to look. It has the most outdoor gold spawns of any Havoc map, a staggering 316 total loot points spread across its zones, 8 extraction points (including conditional and paid extracts), and a knife-run route that can net you 300K to 500K in under 12 minutes with zero gunfights. That combination makes it the best map in the game for economy farming, and one of the most rewarding for full extraction runs.
This guide covers every major loot zone, all extraction points (including treasure map locations), the best knife-run route, and the key cards worth hunting.

Map Overview
Dam Zero is built around a central hydroelectric dam with a cluster of support buildings on either side. It is mostly outdoor, with several multi-level interiors stacked into the buildings flanking the water. The outdoor-heavy design means you will be spotted at range often, but it also means you can spot others — and there is plenty of gold out in the open if you know where to look.
| Stat | Value |
|---|---|
| Total loot points | 316 |
| Outdoor gold spawns | Most in the game |
| Map size | Medium-large |
| Spawn points | 14 (squad spawns East or West side) |
| Extraction points | 8 (2 fixed + 2 random + 1 paid + 1 conditional + 2 lever-activated) |
| Key card rooms | Visitor Center 3F VIP, Admin Building vaults, others |
| Typical knife run | 8-12 minutes · 300K-500K |
| Treasure maps | 11 locations (Treasure Month event, 2026) |
Dam Zero rewards players who move with purpose. Lingering in the open gets you killed — but the loot density is high enough that a quick, clean run is more profitable than a slow, careful sweep of the same area.
Key Loot Zones
Admin Center — High-Tier Core
The Admin Center is the densest high-tier loot zone on the map. Expect ~32 loot points, with good odds of gold, electronics, and mid-tier documents. The interior is multi-level, so sweep methodically floor by floor rather than rushing through. Watch the stairwells — they are classic ambush points.
Visitor Center 3F — VIP Room
The third floor of the Visitor Center holds the VIP room, which requires a key card. Inside you will find some of the best static loot on the map — ~24 points of high-value items, including gold and rare documents. The key card itself drops from specific AI spawns around the Visitor Center, so plan to clear the lower floors first if you are hunting it.
Power Substation
The Power Substation is a mid-tier loot zone with roughly 28 points, heavy on electronics and components. It is a good stop on the way between other zones, but not usually a destination on its own — unless you are building for craft materials.
Underground — High Risk, High Reward
The underground section of Dam Zero has around 40 loot points and is the single most contested area of the map. The enclosed space funnels players together, and the loot is high enough tier that fights here are frequent and brutal. Go in with a squad or do not go in at all.
Pump Room — The Priority Target
The Pump Room has ~22 loot points, but it earns a high priority tag because of its efficiency. The room is small, the loot is dense, and it is easy to sweep in under a minute. If you are doing a knife run or a speed extraction, the Pump Room is almost always on the route.
Admin Building — Keycards & Documents
The Admin Building is where you hunt for key cards and documents. Expect ~18 points, but many of them are the kind of items that unlock other rooms on the map. A clean sweep here often funds the rest of your run.
All Extraction Points — Complete Guide
Dam Zero has 8 extraction points across multiple types. Understanding each one is critical for planning your runs.
Fixed Extraction Points (2)
These are always available and are your most reliable exits.
| Extract | Location | Best For | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| East Fixed | East edge of map | West-spawn players | Spawns on the opposite side of your drop |
| West Fixed | West edge of map | East-spawn players | Spawns on the opposite side of your drop |
Your fixed extraction point is always on the opposite side of your spawn. If you spawn on the West side, your fixed extract is on the East, and vice versa. Plan your knife run route accordingly — the fastest path crosses the map from spawn to the opposite-side extract.
Random Extraction Points (2)
These appear randomly during matches. Look for green smoke to identify them.
| Extract | Location | Condition | Wait Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cement Factory South | South of the Cement Factory area | Random chance — check with recon operator abilities | 10 seconds in range |
| Visitor Center South | South of the Visitor Center | Random chance — same system | 10 seconds in range |
Recon operators like Silver Wing and Mai Xiaowen can check whether random extracts are open without physically going there. If a random extract is open near your planned route, take it — free extraction is always worth a slight detour.
Paid Extraction Point (1)
| Extract | Location | Cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Central Mountain South | South side of the central mountain area | In-game currency (varies) | Always available if you can pay |
Conditional Extraction Points (1+)
| Extract | Location | Condition | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Military Camp North (Repair Tunnel) | North of the military camp area | Must drop your backpack to extract | Sacrifice your loot bag for guaranteed exit |
| Weight-Limited Extract | Northeast mountaintop | Total gear weight must be under the limit | Drop heavy items if you exceed the limit |
Lever-Activated Extraction Points — Dam Elevator (2)
The Dam Elevator is a special extraction method activated by pulling levers. There are 2 lever locations, and pulling either one activates the elevator extract:
| Lever Location | Notes |
|---|---|
| Administrative District West Building, 2nd Floor | Inside a room on the 2nd floor |
| Main Substation, Upper-Right Room | Inside the substation complex |
Pulling either lever activates the Dam Elevator extraction point, and it can be activated up to 2 times per match.
The Knife Run — 8 to 12 Minutes, 300K to 500K
The “knife run” is Dam Zero’s signature strategy. The idea is simple: spawn in with minimal loadout (just a knife and a small bag), sprint a pre-planned route through the densest loot zones, grab everything of value, and extract before a fight ever starts. Done right, it is the fastest legal money in Havoc.
The Optimal Route
- Spawn at the north entrance — gives you the shortest path to the Pump Room.
- Sweep the Pump Room first — small, dense, fast. ~1 minute.
- Move to the Admin Building — grab keycards and documents on the way. ~1 minute.
- Cross to the Power Substation — mid-tier loot, good pathing. ~1 minute.
- Push the Visitor Center — clear 1F and 2F; take 3F VIP only if you already have the keycard. ~2 minutes.
- Finish at the Admin Center — high-tier loot, the payoff zone. ~2 minutes.
- Extract through a side exit — match your extraction to your spawn to minimize travel.
Total time: 8-12 minutes if you do not get distracted. Total profit: 300K-500K on a clean run. If you get into a fight, the run is over — abort and extract with whatever you have.
You have no weapon and minimal armor during a knife run. If another squad is running the same route at the same time, you will lose. Listen for footsteps, check your mini-map, and do not get greedy — if a zone feels hot, skip it and keep moving.
When to Run, When to Fight
- Run early in the match when squads are still spreading out.
- Fight only if you spawn with a full loadout and are playing for position.
- Never mix strategies mid-run — decide at spawn whether you are running or fighting.
Treasure Map Locations (1-11)
The 2026 Treasure Month event introduced 11 treasure map locations on Dam Zero. Each treasure map leads to a hidden cache with high-value loot. Here’s the complete list:
| Map # | General Area | Landmark | Loot Tier |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Near Admin Center | Behind the east wall, near the generator | High |
| 2 | Visitor Center 1F | Under the reception desk | Medium |
| 3 | Pump Room exterior | Behind the large pipe cluster | High |
| 4 | Power Substation | Inside the transformer shed | Medium |
| 5 | Dam structure | Under the main water channel | High |
| 6 | Administrative District | Second-floor office, behind filing cabinets | Medium |
| 7 | Military Camp | Inside the supply tent, northeast corner | High |
| 8 | Underground entrance | Behind the security checkpoint | Very High |
| 9 | Cement Factory area | Inside the silo base | High |
| 10 | Mountain path | Behind the rock formation, east trail | Very High |
| 11 | Dam Elevator area | Near the lever room, behind crates | Very High |
Maps #8, #10, and #11 have the highest-tier loot but are also the most dangerous locations. If you’re doing a knife run, prioritize maps #1, #3, and #5 — they’re on the standard route and offer high-tier loot without major detours.
Key Cards Worth Hunting
Dam Zero has several key card rooms. The most valuable are:
- Visitor Center 3F VIP — high-tier static loot, worth the card.
- Admin Building vault rooms — documents and gold, but heavily contested.
- Underground side rooms — high-tier components, sometimes craft materials.
If you find a key card on the ground, pick it up even if you are not planning to use it — it is pure value in your stash.
Combat Zones & Engagement Areas
Dam Zero’s combat is concentrated in specific areas. Knowing where fights happen helps you avoid them (knife runs) or position for them (full loadout play).
| Zone | Combat Intensity | Typical Range | Best Weapons |
|---|---|---|---|
| Admin Center | ★★★★★ | Close-Mid | SMGs, Shotguns |
| Underground | ★★★★★ | Close | SMGs, Shotguns |
| Pump Room | ★★★★☆ | Close | SMGs |
| Visitor Center | ★★★☆☆ | Close-Mid | ARs, SMGs |
| Admin Building | ★★★☆☆ | Close-Mid | ARs |
| The Dam (outdoor) | ★★☆☆☆ | Mid-Long | DMRs, ARs |
| Power Substation | ★★☆☆☆ | Mid | ARs, DMRs |
The Admin Center and Underground see the most fights on Dam Zero. If you want to avoid combat, stick to the Pump Room → Power Substation → outdoor gold route. If you want fights, head straight to Admin Center.
