Longbow Valley Map Guide — Diamond Queen Hotel, Radar Station & Knife Run Routes

Longbow Valley is the first "complex" map you unlock in Delta Force: Hawk Ops Havoc Operations mode at Level 7. It's the training wheels before you tackle Bakhsh or Aerospace Base — but don't let that fool you. With a generous 35-minute timer, two AI factions roaming the hills, and the juiciest fixed loot this side of the endgame, Longbow Valley is where most players print their first serious Havoc Coins.

In this guide, we'll break down every high-value POI, the fastest knife run routes, which room keys are actually worth buying, and the exact loot path that maximizes your extraction rate. By the time you finish, you'll be leaving the valley with 500K–2M coins per run — on a budget loadout.

Map Overview & Unlock Requirements

Longbow Valley unlocks as soon as you hit Level 7, making it the natural next step after the starter maps. The 35-minute timer is generous by Havoc Operations standards — plenty of time to loot thoroughly, fight AI, and still walk to an extraction. You'll be competing against two AI enemy factions (PMC and Militia), which makes the map busier but considerably less dangerous than the player-heavy zones of Bakhsh.

The real draw? Loot quality. Longbow Valley has the highest baseline loot tier of any map available at this progression point. That means better weapon mods, higher-tier armor, and — most importantly — room keys that pay for themselves in a single run.

Key Areas & Loot Locations

Diamond Queen Hotel ⭐ (T0 — Highest Value)

The centerpiece of Longbow Valley. The hotel has multiple floors, locked rooms, and the infamous 5M coin room key — the single most valuable key in the game at this tier. Even without the top-tier key, the hotel's common rooms drop consistent mid-tier loot. Expect to run into other players here; it's the most popular POI on the map.

⚠️ Pro Tip

Dock teams often sprint for the hotel the second the match starts. If you spawn on the left side, consider a counter-route through the Checkpoint first — you'll arrive 60 seconds later but with full situational awareness.

Radar Station (T1 — Major Loot)

A mid-sized compound on the eastern edge with consistent blue+ loot spawns. The Radar Station is less contested than the hotel and makes an excellent first stop for teams that spawn right-side. Clear the station, then rotate toward the hotel while other teams are still fighting the AI.

Blue Harbor Dock (T1)

The westernmost POI. Great for left-side spawns because it's usually uncontested early. The dock containers hold mid-tier loot and occasional weapon mods. Grab what's useful and push inland.

Checkpoint (T1–T2)

The central crossroads. Not the juiciest loot on the map, but it's a solid rotational waypoint between the dock, hotel, and radar station. The military crates here often contain ammo and medical supplies — useful if you're running a knife loadout.

King's Room (T0 — Most Expensive Key)

A small locked structure near the hotel with the most expensive room key in Longbow Valley. The loot inside is high quality, but the key cost means you need a reliable run to justify buying it. Only invest once you have the extraction routes memorized.

Knife Run Strategy: The 35-Minute Hustle

A "knife run" in Delta Force means going in with minimal gear and maximum loot focus. Longbow Valley is the best map for practicing knife runs because the 35-minute timer and two AI factions mean you can usually avoid other players entirely — if you plan your route.

Recommended Priority: Radar → Hotel

  1. Spawn → Blue Harbor Dock (30 sec): grab any obvious loot.
  2. Dock → Checkpoint (90 sec): quick sweep of military crates.
  3. Checkpoint → Radar Station (2 min): clear thoroughly. This is your insurance loot.
  4. Radar → Hotel (3 min): arrive mid-game when dock teams are extracting. Loot the hotel with reduced risk.
  5. Hotel → Extraction (5 min): walk south or east depending on your spawn.

Exploration Routes by Spawn

Spawn Side First Stop Second Stop Extraction Expected Loot
West (left) Blue Harbor Dock Checkpoint → Hotel North Extract 400K–800K
East (right) Radar Station Hotel SE Extract 500K–1.2M
South King's Room Hotel SE Extract 600K–1.5M
💡 Knife Run Loadout

Bring a pistol or suppressed SMG, a single mag of ammo, one medkit, and leave your best armor at home. If you die in a knife run, you should lose less than 50K. That's the whole point.

Room Key Priority

Not every room key is worth buying. Here's the priority for Longbow Valley keys, ranked by ROI (return on investment):

Key Cost Expected Value Tier
5M Coin Room (Hotel) ~1.5M 3M–10M T0
King's Room ~800K 1M–3M T0
Hotel Suite B ~300K 400K–900K T1
Radar Office ~150K 200K–500K T1
Dock Container ~50K 60K–200K T2

Extraction Tips & Timings

The North Extraction is the safest for west-side runs but has a longer walk from the hotel. The Southeast Extraction is faster from the hotel and King's Room, but you'll pass through open terrain near the Radar Station — be ready for a fight.

  • Plan extraction with at least 10 minutes remaining on the timer.
  • If you have 500K+ in loot, don't get greedy — the hotel will still be there next run.
  • Listen for the plane; it signals the last 10 minutes and spawns the most player activity.

Summary: The Longbow Valley Loop

Longbow Valley is the best coin-per-hour map available before Level 15. Learn it inside out, master the knife run routes, and save your expensive room keys for when you have the extraction routes burned into muscle memory. Once you're consistently walking out with 500K+ per run, you're ready to step up to Bakhsh and Aerospace Base — where the real money is made.
